Dan Moore was born in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia and currently resides in Wytheville, Virginia. He has always enjoyed music and artistic pursuits since he was seven years old.

Dan has developed a style of painting that is both realistic and detailed. He tries to capture the beauty and magnificence of God's creation in minute detail.

Besides being an artist, Dan is an ordained minister with the Asemblies of God. Dan gives the Lord all the credit for his talent and artistic abilities. He donates ten percent of his earnings to missionaries around the world.

Dan's work is displayed mainly in local stores, shops and art shows. His work has been collected throughout the United States as well as in New Zealand
