How Do I Register To Bid?

Anyone wishing to bid must register at the auction site and then you will be given a bidder's card. This bidder's card is necessary to place a bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not registered and/or has a bidder's card. There is no cost to register.

What Are the General Terms and Conditions?

Payment must be cash or cashier's check. All wire transfers, personal and company checks must have a bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment unless prior arrangements have been made. All checks must be made payable to Week's Auction Co., Inc. No bank drafts will be accepted.

What Are the Warranties?

All information contained herein is true and correct to the best of our knowledge, but is in no way guaranteed as to the accuracy of description made. Each item will be sold as-is, where-is, without warranty as to usefulness or merchantability. All brochures are furnished as guides only. All announcements made on the day of the sale supercede all printed material.

Must I Pay Sales Tax?

All purchases are subject to Florida sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption. All sales tax certificates must be executed on sale day; failure to provide a certificate will require a payment of sales tax on all purchases.
