Just a few Happy Vacationers.

Hi Ky,
I wanted to let you know how our 25th Anniversary went at Moon Palace. We had a great time and were totally pampered. My very manly husband even got a manicure and back massage.
There was nothing we wanted for in the place. The people who work there are just the nicest most professional and caring people. We have travelled so much and this place has the best customer service I've seen so far. The only downside was the weather, which was very odd for middle December. It rained 4 days of torrential rain out of the 7 we were there, but the staff more than made up for it, and we know better than to blame anyone for something that you cannot control.
So we did at least four days of tour activities one of which was shoping. I would love to go back but would like to have more sunny weather. Your prices were great and I've been telling many people about you. So you should hear from my newly married daughter and her husband soon. We stayed in Moon Palace Nizuk not Sunrise and I was very glad because Sunrise was very noisy. It was a newer area but not for us. Where we stayed was perfect and we were right on the Gulf or Ocean front. Best of luck to you in the new year. Sincerely,
Susan

We had an absolutely amazing time at Vallarta Palace. The place was immense and luxurious, and everything was better than expected. From the marble floors to the in-room jacuzzi, to the absolutely immaculate room we got.. they were all perfect. The food and drinks (alcoholic and not) were nonstop, and there were plenty of activities that kept us entertained. We loved Rancho Pancho's horseback riding tour as well as our city tour through Puerto Vallarta. The tour guide, Patty, was absolutely engaging! Overall, it was a surprising and amazingly intoxicating first New Year's vacation for Rick and myself. To be sure, we will be calling you up again for more tours in the future! Thank you, Ky!

Kyran,
Wanted to let you know we went to the Moon Palace last week, and it was SUPURB!
It exceeded all our expectations; great food, great drink, I played 2 rounds of golf, and we loved the excursions.
Thanks for helping us on this vacation. We may take you up on an another week next year!
Best Regards,
Bob P

Ky,
I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful trip. It was totally awesome at the Moon Palace. They showed us a video of before and after the hurricane and it was unbelievable!!
The place is fantastic. The employees couldn't have been better. Every time I asked for something they always said "It's a pleasure". I have never been treated so well at any resort I have been to.
Thanks again. I look forward to booking another trip with you!

Ky,
Have we already been back that long:) It's already been over a week and I finally feeling like I'm catching up to reality again. Sorry for the delayed response. Our vacation was outstanding. We were a bit concerned initially of the weather (forecasts of thunderstorms throughout the week). But, it only showered once for about ten minutes, and the rest of the time it was simply gorgeous. The cuisine and service in the Golf and Spa Clubhouse restaurants rivaled those of downtown Cancun. The pool was amazing. Ten minutes from the airport, twenty minutes to Cancun, and yet in a world of its own. We sometimes missed the total seclusion of the Aventura Spa Palace, but would definitely return to the Moon Palace Sunrise again. In fact, we're trying to figure out how we can get time to do this more than once a year. Overall, your vacation package was hands-down better than we've experienced. Your pricing, last minute availability and service has made us loyal return customers as well as dedicated advertisers. I have talked to some interested couples, and have forwarded your internet information on to them - hopefully you don't mind the business. I have left positive feedback on eBay for you.
I hope to contact you in the near future. Thank you again for all your help.

Ky,
We had so much fun both times we bought our all-inclusive package from you. Just thought we would let you know that going all-inclusive at the Palace resorts were perfect both times. Todd kept trying the food at all times of the day. He told me at 2am at the piano bar at Moon Palace they bring out the best hors'dourves. I don't know if I spelled that right.
The day trips that were included were amazing. Chichen Itza was fantastic and Isla Moujeres was very relaxing.
When we went shopping along the strip, we stopped in at the Beach Palace and had a delicious lunch that was included since we were staying at a Palace resort. The miniture golf was a fun activity at the Cancun Palace and the beach area at the Sun Palace was a great place to get a tan.
We went to Tulum on our next trip and enjoyed the beautiful ruins and snorkeling close by.
The free non-motorized sports are fun and we even learned to sail. Even the scuba diving lessons are really worth it, After our fun week it was the best, to get a massage, pedicure and manicure.
The rooms of course are my favorite. The huge spa that goes up to your neck, when you sit in it is so romantic and the king size bed is better than our bed at home.
Thanks for both of our trips.

Ky,
Just wanted to drop a note and tell you that Moon Palace pulled through again. The food was once again exquisite. I am what you could call a "Foody" and I have tried all of the restaurants at the Palace resorts and at all times of the day. All-inclusive is the greatest! Any drink you want, they will get if for you. I still get a yearnig for a certain sandwich and a certain drink that the Moon Palace makes to perfection. I guess I'll get it next year when I go again!
Thanks again.

Ky,
Cancun was wonderful. I am so glad we went. At the time it seemed like we really shouldn't put the money out for it but was it ever worth it. We will have those memories forever. Having Falynn and Echael come with Randy and I was great as well. Spending time with them as a family, even though Coy and Bron weren't able to come, was fantastic. We still wear the lava lava that Kacey made us and remember.
I remember the sail boating on the beach. Falynn and I took it out after they taught us how to sail and tried our luck. We were having a great time. Breck was wind surfing at the same time and doing wonderfully. Falynn and I were good at going out but when it came to coming back in, we didin't quite have it down and tipped the boat over. The Cancun Staff came rushing out on their ski doo and saved us. Falynn got to take the ski doo back to the shore while the Staff person helped me right the sail boat and get it back to shore. They were so sweet to us.
I loved the spa bath in our rooms. It was so elegant. We felt like Queens and Kings. We rode bikes around the Moon Palace that were offered for the residents. We learned how to scuba dive. That was pretty cool.
I loved the sight seeing to the other places. Snorkeling was a highlight. Grandma was such a blast to watch. She was snorkeling and holding her breath. You'd see her come up for air and dog paddle a little then go back down. It wasn't until she got so interested in what was below the water that she stayed down and actually breathed under water. The sights with the snorkel were absolutely fabulous. All the colors of the corral and the fish. It was marvelous.
The ruins of ancient cities were so interesting. The guides really knew their stuff. We learned so much, enough to know we could spend a whole lot more time learning about ancient cultures. The story of the well where sacrifices were done was very intriguing. The big lizards along the way were cool too.
Chichinnitza was quiet enlightening. The pyramid and history of Quezequatl was wonderful. The stories particular for that area kept my interest. I couldn't get enough.
The food at the hotel was so wonderful, delicious and quite the variety. Anything and everything I could ever want and much more. I didn't get to taste everything.
To say the least, we loved every minute of it. What a memory to recall and knowledge that we must return soon.
Thanks so much, Teril
