Booking & Payment Information

The steps to booking your Palace Resorts Vacation are as follows:

1. Make your reservation by completly filling out the form below. Please include the dates you want to travel, the hotel you want to stay at and the air port you will be leaving from. Or you can contact us by e-mail or telephone to discuss hotel preferences, date of travel, number of people traveling in party, etc.

2. If you already have airfare, that's OK, but if you need some, we check on availability of airfare and availability of hotel rooms. All reservations made on this Web Site are subject to availability.

3. When we know airfare is available, we proceed to ticket the airline seats and put a hold on your hotel room. Airline tickets must be paid in full before ticketing and until ticketed are subject to availability. (See below for travel insurance information.)

The preferred method of payment is by credit card (Visa, or Master Card) because it can be done quickly and easily. I fax you a WVT credit card authorization form for you to fill out your credit card information. You fax the form directly to our booking agent, the credit card charge is processed and the tickets issued. The airline tickets are sent directly to you at the address you provide on the authorization form via overnight courier from Miami. If you book through a charter company, the tickets are sent out 2 weeks prior to departure. If you book through a major airline, the tickets are sent out within 2 weeks of booking. Cancun is a very popular vacation destination from everywhere in the world and the least expensive class of airline seats always sell out quickly.

4. With airline tickets secured, we now proceed to book the hotel room. Your room is booked under our VIP membership number which gives you access to ocean view, Superior Deluxe rooms, tours, etc. And if you stay at the Moon Palace or Moon Palace Sunrise, you can get manicures, pedicures and massages. Payment can be made with a check, money order or Visa and Mastercard. If you are paying with a Credit Card the Payment will have to be made through PayPal. And to avoid the spending limit you will need to be a Pemier member with PayPal. If you are not a member yet it is easy to sign up and it cost you nothing, just click on the PayPal logo below and sign up. Because of the all-inclusive nature of your Cancun vacation accommodations, full payment must be made before arrival. Please note that rooms are only guaranteed when paid for in full. Once payment is completed, WVT will send or fax you a hotel confirmation. It is your proof of payment and contains our VIP membership number which you are booked under. It also has your hotel confirmation number which is what the hotel will refer to when you check in. Simply present the confirmation form at the front desk VIP check in.

Palace Resorts Cancellation Policy is as follows: Cancel 72 hours prior to your departure date for a full refund. Cancel within 72 hours of your departure date, there is a one night cancellation fee.

Airfare Cancellation Policy is as follows: Some charters offer cancellation insurance at the time of ticket purchase. If the airline does not offer cancellation insurance, listed below are some companies which sell insurance separately. If you book with a major airline your tickets will be non-refundable, but if you need to cancel the ticket, most allow you to change the ticket by paying a $75.00 administration fee and apply the balance to another ticket for travel within one year. Travel insurance usually covers trip cancellation and interruption, travel delay, baggage loss, baggage delay, medical/dental coverage, etc. Each company may have its own coverage limitations so check them carefully to know your restrictions.
